MathEdge offers a year-round program for advanced K-12 students (Fall-Spring/Summer
Camps). We place emphasis on the entire problem-solving process and provide instruction
with reading comprehension and logical thinking in preparation for solving real-life
problems and Math Contests. Two 5-month semesters are offered each year in the Fall
and Spring followed with summer camps. Classes are held once a week, for 90 minutes
(60 minutes for K-1 students and 120 minutes for Competitive level). A topic will
be taught each week followed with exercises to reinforce the concept. In addition,
there will be weekly homework assignment. Each level’s course curriculum is published
on our website (www.mathedge.org). The maximum class size is 12 students per class
(excluding the Comp class and higher). Students are assigned to a class level based
on ability.
New students must be assessed prior to registration. An assessment fee will be collected
at the time of assessment. This fee will be applied towards the registration fee
upon registration.
At this time, MathEdge accepts cash or check; sorry, no credit cards.
