Problem Solving & Contest Training
for MathOlympiads, MathCounts, International Math Contests, AMC, SAT
Math 6 / PreAlg / Algebra / Geometry (flyer)
Purpose: Whether you are taking the challenge test to skip grade, advancing the curriculum, aiming for better grades, or getting deeper understanding of the concepts, this courses will give you a solid foundation needed to succeed in school. Designed for all levels of learners from remedial to the advanced. It's a full curriculum. There would be homework assignments, chapter tests, and exams throughout the course. (Material fee is due on the first day of class).
Course Readiness may be assessed before joining. Fall and Spring sessions are small-size classes taught by qualified instructor.
Practice session in Spring and summer is designed for students who have finished the course and wish to advance by passing the Challenge / Standard tests. To maximize the effectiveness, it is designed as a guided program where student may exercise on different concepts and may have different pace. This flexibility allows student focus on improving the areas of his/her own weakness.
PSAT and SAT prep has been added in the summer.
